As publishing wakes up to the demand for stories from more diverse voices, new and established writers based in the north are seeing renewed interest in their work. There is a strong representation of independent publishers in the north, three of which (all members of The Northern Fiction Alliance) are here to answer your questions on the benefits of choosing indies outside London.
