Kit de Waal

Kit de Waal is an author and former Creative Writing MA graduate (Oxford Brookes). She has won Bridport Flash Fiction Prize (twice) and has been runner-up for the Costa Short Story Award and Bath Short Story Award (among others).  Her debut novel My Name is Leon was published by Viking Penguin in June 2016 which has been shortlisted for the Costa Book Awards 2016. 

Kit was also the keynote speaker at the 2016 National Creative Writing Graduate Fair.
